The Great River Road

In early Fall, we are planning to drive the Great River Road up to Quincy, Illinois and then cross over to Hannibal and drive back down the Missouri side of the river. We plan to do this in early Fall in hopes to stop along the way and get some great landscape photos. In the mean time we decided to take a trial run to scope out some possible sites and that's when I got this shot of the Piasa Bird.
